My thoughts: I have a small house in Bath township (NE part of E. Lansing), which would be an ideal place for acoustic musicians (guitar, mandolin, fiddle, banjo(!), woodwinds, kazoos, triangles, etc., etc,. etc.) to gather and make some homemade music.
